I saw NYU Grad acting alums Stacey Linnartz and Jeremy Rishe in Barry Kaplan’s new play “The Limits of Admiration”. They were terrific. As an added bonus, the production was directed by another alum, Jeff Wise. New plays offer the actors many challenges and Stacey and Jeremy met all of them. The performances were at the New York Theater Festival which supports the production of new plays. As their website says: “Once a playwright sees their work on stage, it provides an opportunity for the playwright to improve or modify their work”. I look forward to seeing the next version of this play. It has a lot of potential.
